WWW.MidAtlanticHomesForSale.com (MAHFS) only accepts postings for "residential" real-estate and land in the Mid-Atlantic States, namely: Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington DC. Any postings of properties outside this area will be removed. Further, a property for sale (or land) can only be posted once, although, if a property is both for sale and rent, we will make an exception and allow 2 postings. Any postings that abuses this rule will be removed.
