Our purpose is simple, we saw a need for a real-estate site that would only serve the Mid-Atlantic States, namely; Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington DC. Such a large area needs local knowledge, and yet many other sites cover the whole country with some of those sites being based on the West Coast. We are based in the region and have local knowledge and our primary aim to help local buyers, sellers, and Realtors buy and sell real-estate exclusively in the Mid-Atlantic.
